A proper, angry little hot hatch that defines the genre perfectly.

Built to homologate entry into the French Rally Championship and named after the Williams F1 team it arrived in 1993, you could have it in blue with gold wheels or in blue with gold wheels.

The car before you is car number 263 first registered on 31/01/1994.

The 2.0-litre four-pot sounds as angry and snarly as you could want, the model specific engine makes 150bhp, enough for 0-60mph to take 7.8secs. With style, and plucky determination the W1 is tight, fast, neat, precise and above all else great fun!

This is everything a hot hatch should be: fast enough to get you into real trouble if you choose, but also demanding a bit of work to get it there. It’s special, made in limited numbers and valued hugely by collectors today, so there’s a sense of occasion to using it
You’d be guaranteed the occasional knowing nod from passing enthusiasts.

The W1 is getting rare now with just 51 cars registered on the UK roads in 2017.

Having been SORN since 2008, No 263 has just received a comprehensive recommission to ensure it is as good as the day it left the factory.
The interior is immaculate, totally original and correct including the correct Phillips DC521 radio cassette head unit, original rubber floor mats and the all-important suit carrier under the parcel shelf.

Coming with unmarked Sport Blue paintwork, Williams livery and polished lip gold Speedline alloys shod with Michelin 185/55 V15 Tyres, #263 is once again ready for the road.

Supplied with a complete service record with hard copy invoices, all original keys, full book-pack including the rare Williams booklet, original sales receipt and all old MOT’s.
